Cardiogram is a heart rate monitor and symptom tracker that aids in the detection and management of chronic health conditions. It provides minute-by-minute heart rate information collected by your smartwatch, offering more than just a summary. With Cardiogram, you can set personalized heart rate alerts for both high and low readings. Additionally, interactive and color-coded charts are available for your heart rate data, step counts, time-stamped symptoms, and medication information - you can even pinch-to-zoom!
One of the standout features of Cardiogram is its ability to help you make connections between your symptom history, triggers, medications, overall well-being, and heart rate information. By searching through your symptom history, you can identify patterns and correlations. The platform also provides weekly risk scores for hypertension, sleep apnea, and diabetes.
For those who use Apple Health, Cardiogram has the capability to pull in ECG and Blood Pressure readings to provide a comprehensive report on your symptoms and readings that can be easily shared with your doctor. It also allows you to connect a family member to your account so they can have access to your data.
Cardiogram prioritizes privacy by utilizing healthcare-grade encryption and commits to not selling your data.
